if you are dissatisfied with the results of our remanufactured cartridges, please contact us immediately and return the cartridge together with a test print and the receipt of purchase to the smart Cartridge store. smart Cartridge will offer you several options. we will either repair the faulty cartridge, credit the full amount against a new cartridge or provide a refund in exchange for the faulty cartridge.

smart Cartridge is your business partner and are committed to providing you with a first class product. in the unlikely event of a claim that a cartridge remanufactured by smart Cartridge caused damage to the printing mechanism of your equipment, please obtain a written statement from the equipment servicing company or the equipment manufacturer stating exactly how the smart Cartridge remanufactured cartridge was responsible for the said damage. send this statement and the service invoice, together with the cartridge to the smart Cartridge store where purchased. smart Cartridge will reimburse the total amount of the repair charge for any such valid claim.
