is the term used to describe the process in which we recycle your
empty inkjet cartridges. each cartridge
is carefully refilled with inks unique to the specific cartridge
code to ensure maximum printing quality and page yield. we do
not refill Epson cartridges however we offer a high quality compatible
alternative in our Jet Tec range.
remanufacturing is the term used
to describe the process in which we would recycle your empty laser
cartridges. we refill the cartridge with a high quality
toner unique to each cartridge code and replace all key components
to ensure that your remanufactured cartridge is of the same specification
as a brand new cartridge.

cartridges are individually tested before they leave our stores
to ensure they meet the smart Cartridge quality standard. this
enables us to provide you with a product which is 100% guaranteed
for quality – or your money back! your refilled and remanufactured
cartridges are returned to you with a test page in recyclable
packaging– just like a brand new cartridge!
if our technicians are not happy with the quality, there will
be no charge.

if we cannot remanufacture your empty cartridge, we can offer
you an original or a compatible cartridge at a competitive price.
we can source most inkjet and laser cartridges, toners and fax
ribbons through our extensive suppliers network.
each of our stores stock a wide variety of original cartridges
such as Hewlett Packard, Canon, Lexmark, Xerox and Epson as well
as high quality compatible cartridges from our Jet Tec range.
